Once you have contacted us requesting a quotation one of our design team will visit your premises to discuss your vision. We will discuss items such as how you use your kitchen and the style of kitchen you are thinking about.
Do you design the kitchen?
Our designer will provide advice and suggestions and guide you through the decision making process. We will produce a design based on our discussions and send to you for your approval. During the design process you may visit the showroom to view finishes and accessories.
How much does it cost?
Once we have discussed your job and produced a design of the kitchen we can give you an accurate quotation of the project and once you’re happy we are ready to commence fabrication!
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope of your project but generally the design and quotation process can take up to 1-3 weeks. From fabrication to installation of a new operational kitchen in your home takes generally 4 weeks to complete.
Do I need to organise other trades?
We provide all subtrades to get the job done however big or small. Our tradesman are fully qualified and have been working with us for over a decade. They are very good at what they do!
Does Pro Form supply appliances?
Pro Form do not supply appliances. The reason for this is that appliances are wide and varied in both price and design. We do however guide you through the appliance selection process with advice and recommendations.
Can you help me with the entire renovation?
Some renovations require the relocation/removal of walls, windows and doors. We believe this is ‘part and parcel’ of a true renovation specialist and that is why we employ a full time builder and carpenter. It allows us to complete any renovation from start to finish.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 10 year warranty on all our cabinetry and workmanship. On top of that you will receive supplier warranties on all other materials.
